In the course of the adventure Senua faces various opponents taken straight from the Viking mythology. It is worth noting that many elements of the presented world are the product of Senua's imagination - in order to properly present the ailments that torment her, the creators cooperated with people suffering from schizophrenia and doctors dealing with this disease, among others.
